The Abloxx Ltd Cashback Program (the “Program”) is an optional rewards feature offered to users within the Abloxx ecosystem, including those who interact with Abloxx, its affiliates, and selected partners.


Optional Participation and No Guarantee


Participation in the Program is entirely voluntary and does not form part of any core product or service offering. You are not required to take part, and we do not guarantee that any user will receive rewards. The Program is offered at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. You should not take any action based on the notion of receiving the cashback or any future or similar payment.


You are fully responsible to and bound by any and all transactions executed by you and we do not make any and we hereby disclaim, any and all representations or warranties of any kind which may be construed as investment advice or a recommendation or promotion of any transaction or product.
We reserve the right to refuse any application or indication to participate in the Program at our sole discretion, without the need to provide any justification or explain the reasons for such a refusal.


Program Changes and Termination


We may make changes to the Program at any point. This includes changing the cashback rates, updating how rewards are calculated, removing or adding eligible partners, and changing the rules around who qualifies for cashback. We may also pause or permanently end the Program without notice. These changes may affect your ability to earn or redeem rewards going forward.


Partner and Affiliate Participation


The availability of rewards may depend on the ongoing participation of certain partners or affiliates. While we aim to maintain a broad network of selected partners and affiliates, we cannot guarantee the ongoing involvement of any third party. If a partner withdraws from the Program or changes its terms of participation, this may impact your eligibility for cashback rewards in connection with that partner.


Nature of Rewards and Token Risks


Rewards under the Program are paid in the Abloxx Token. The amount of tokens you receive may vary based on multiple factors, including transaction value, partner terms, or ongoing promotions. The market value of the Abloxx Token may fluctuate and is not guaranteed. Tokens may rise or fall in value, may not be easily converted to other currencies, and may have limited use outside the Abloxx ecosystem. We do not guarantee that any tokens earned will retain value or provide any financial return.


Local Laws and Restrictions

The availability of the Program may vary by jurisdiction and could be restricted in certain areas due to local regulations. We may block or limit access to the Program where required by law. By participating in the Program, you confirm that you understand and accept the Program’s terms, and you agree that Abloxx and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss related to changes in the Program, token value, or partner participation.
