You should acknowledge your account (wallet) is not a bank account. Your digital assets are not covered by insurance against losses or subject to deposit protection. We do not provide, nor can we control, the prices for the digital assets you may trade via our App. The market price of digital assets is influenced by a broad array of factors and can change rapidly and unexpectedly, meaning the value of these digital assets, and your related profits and losses can also change rapidly and unexpectedly. You should therefore carefully consider whether holding digital assets is appropriate for you in view of your financial situation. When considering whether you want to hold digital assets, you should be aware that the price or value of digital assets can change rapidly, decrease, and possibly even drop to zero. You understand and agree that the value of Digital Assets may be volatile and we will not be in any way responsible or liable for any loss you suffer as a result of holding or trading Digital Assets, even if the Teroxx App Services are delayed, suspended or interrupted for any reason.

Liquidity risk

Whilst certain digital assets can be very liquid, you should be aware that others can be less liquid, and it is not guaranteed that there will be a buyer for your digital assets. Therefore, you may not be able to realize your digital assets or realize it at its actual market value.

Technical risks

Whilst we will try to make the Teroxx App Services available to you without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the Teroxx App Services will always be available to you. In these circumstances, you may not be able to use our services.

Tax

You should be aware that various tax regimes may apply to your activity depending on your personal tax status and the rules and regulations in force from time to time. You have the sole responsibility of determining the relevant tax impact on your activity and you should consult an appropriate professional advisor if you have any questions or doubts in this regard.
